How Shipping Rates Are Calculated

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and your delivery destination. We use carrier-calculated rates through Canada Post and other carriers, so the exact cost will vary by order. You'll see your shipping options and costs before completing your purchase.

Free Local Pickup — Barrie, Ontario

Skip the shipping cost entirely! If you're in the Barrie area, you can choose free local pickup at checkout. After your order is confirmed, we'll send you collection details and timing by email. Please note we do not operate a walk-in retail storefront — pickup is by prior arrangement only.

Local Delivery (Barrie Area)

Eligible Barrie-area customers may also qualify for local delivery. Availability is confirmed after checkout.

Shipping Across Canada

We ship daily across Canada via Canada Post and other carriers. Estimated delivery timeframes once your order has shipped:

• Ontario & Quebec: 2–4 business days
• Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 4–7 business days
• Atlantic Canada: 4–7 business days
• Northern Canada (YT, NT, NU): 7–14 business days

These are estimates provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed. Processing time is typically 1–2 business days before shipment.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery.

Returns

We offer exchange or store credit for eligible non-ingredient items within 30 days of purchase. Perishable ingredients are final sale.
